Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to arrive within 2–4 working days. Express delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to arrive the next working day.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. All orders are sent on a tracked service. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery within the UK. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. For orders under £50, delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen service.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next working day delivery. Express shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery costs and timeframes are displayed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at hello@purakaskincare.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original condition within 60 days of purchase. Please email hello@purakaskincare.com to start the process. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 14 days with a photo and description and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
Products
Are Pūraka products natural?
Yes — completely. Every product is 100% natural, vegan, and free from synthetic fillers, petrochemicals, and animal products. Every ingredient has a purpose. Nothing is included by accident.
What makes Pūraka different from other skincare brands?
Pūraka was formulated by Melissa Foreman, a homeopath and naturopath with over 20 years of experience in natural health. Every product contains homeopathic tissue salts — 12 minerals prepared homeopathically that support the skin's natural ability to repair and maintain itself. No other skincare brand uses them.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Pūraka products are cruelty-free and contain no animal-derived ingredients.
Where are Pūraka products made?
All products are hand-formulated by Melissa in the United Kingdom.
I have sensitive skin — are these products suitable for me?
Our products are made with natural ingredients and no synthetic irritants. However, we always recommend performing a patch test before use, and checking the full ingredient list if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
Do you have retail store locations?
Not yet — Pūraka is currently available exclusively online at purakaskincare.com. If you'd like to be notified about future stockists or retail partnerships, sign up to our mailing list and you'll be the first to hear.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
We don't currently offer wholesale or bulk ordering, but we're open to conversations with the right partners. If you're interested in stocking Pūraka, please get in touch at hello@purakaskincare.com and Melissa will get back to you personally.

Do you have any active discount codes or promotions?
New to Pūraka? Sign up to our mailing list and you'll receive 10% off your first order automatically. We occasionally run seasonal promotions — follow us on Instagram @puraka_skincare to stay up to date.
I have a discount code — how do I use it?
Enter your code at checkout in the discount code field. Codes cannot be combined with other offers.
I signed up but haven't received my welcome email.

Pūraka means inhale in Sanskrit. That sense of calm, intention, and breath runs through everything the brand does.
