Key Ingredients
- Cold-Pressed Macadamia Oil - One of the most skin-compatible oils available, macadamia oil is exceptionally close to the skin's own natural sebum. Rich in palmitoleic acid — a fatty acid that naturally declines with age — it absorbs quickly and deeply, nourishing and restoring the skin's barrier as the scrub exfoliates. The result is smooth, hydrated skin rather than the tightness that harsher scrubs leave behind.
- Vitamin E - A deeply moisturising antioxidant that protects the skin from free radical damage and environmental stressors. In a scrub formula, vitamin E is particularly valuable — it counteracts any potential irritation from exfoliation and leaves the skin's surface protected and nourished after use.
- Homeopathic Tissue Salts - Developed by Dr. Wilhelm Heinrich Schuessler in 19th century Germany, tissue salts are 12 minerals the body needs to repair and maintain itself. The tissue salts in this scrub encourage moisture balance and support tissue restoration — working at a cellular level to help the skin renew itself more effectively. How to Use
- Cleanse skin with the Puraka Cleansing Wash and pat dry
- Apply a generous amount of the scrub to damp face and neck
- Gently massage in circular motions for 1–2 minutes, focusing on areas of congestion or dullness
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry
- Follow immediately with your Puraka serum and moisturiser while skin is still slightly warm and receptive

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
UK delivery
We ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. All orders are sent on a tracked service, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to your doorstep.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and chosen service.
International delivery
We currently ship to selected international destinations via Royal Mail. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking your order
All orders are sent on a tracked service. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
Whilst we do our best to meet the above timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us, and we'll look into it straight away.
Lost or missing orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch at hello@purakaskincare.com and we'll work with Royal Mail to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every Pūraka product. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Unopened products
If you change your mind, we accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original condition within 60 days of purchase. Please get in touch at hello@purakaskincare.com, and we'll guide you through the process. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or there's a fault with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and a brief description. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 1–7 working days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.
