Your complete Pūraka routine — every step, morning and evening, in one considered set.
Start with the Cleansing Wash. A gentle daily cleanser of sweet almond and castor oils that lifts away the day without stripping your skin's natural oils — so you begin every routine with a clean, calm base.
Next, the Hydrating Super Serum. A deeply hydrating, firming, and brightening serum formulated with rosewater, frankincense, peptides, Bach flower essences, and homeopathic tissue salts. It absorbs quickly, preps the skin, and layers beautifully beneath your moisturiser.
Follow with the Active Day Cream. A rich, nourishing daily moisturiser with cold-pressed macadamia and apricot kernel oils, squalane, vitamins A and C, lupin peptides, and tissue salts — finished with the calming, grounding scent of jasmine, neroli, and frankincense.
Finish with the Eye Cream. A gentle anti-ageing treatment of hyaluronic acid, vitamins C and E, aloe vera, and tissue salts, with the soft, resinous scent of elemi, glabnum, and spikenard for the delicate skin around the eyes.
Together they make a full, four-step ritual — cleanse, treat, moisturise, and care for the eyes — twice a day. Every product carries Melissa's homeopathic tissue salts, the ingredient most skincare brands have never heard of.
Apply in order: cleanse, then serum, allow to absorb fully, then Active Day Cream, then Eye Cream. Use morning and evening for best results.

Every Pūraka order is packed with care and dispatched promptly. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
UK delivery
We ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. All orders are sent on a tracked service, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to your doorstep.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — Express — Delivery aim next working day
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and chosen service.
International delivery
We currently ship to selected international destinations via Royal Mail. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking your order
All orders are sent on a tracked service. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
Whilst we do our best to meet the above timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us, and we'll look into it straight away.
Lost or missing orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch at hello@purakaskincare.com and we'll work with Royal Mail to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Packaging
All Pūraka products are shipped in packaging that reflects our commitment to sustainability. We use minimal, recyclable materials wherever possible.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every Pūraka product. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Unopened products
If you change your mind, we accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original condition within 60 days of purchase. Please get in touch at hello@purakaskincare.com, and we'll guide you through the process. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or there's a fault with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and a brief description. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 1–7 working days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.
